Video upload is taking time to Reflect?

Owing to huge volume, our systems are taking some time to process the videos. Please be assured, we are actively trying to scale-up and you'd see it coming down in future.

Trending and Upload both sections show the same content?

Yes! There may be an overlap at times. Video sections will show all your videos uploaded from latest to oldest while Trending would show popular videos first.

Some uploaded videos are missing in the profile section(neither showing in Trending nor in the Upload section?

This shouldn't be happening. Please share the Video details and your Client ID
(Open Josh- Tab on profile > Click on settings > About us) with us at yourfriends@myjosh.in. We'll be happy to assist you.

Overall view count to be added in the Profile Section?

Follower count has reduced suddenly ?

We sometimes ban users for posting copyright or obscene content. As a result the count for your followers decreases if they followed you in the first place.

How to Make a Video?

Yes! You can record a video by using the + option on the app and also add some great filters, audio and effects too and upload your video provided it is less than 60 seconds and 50 MB in size.. Stay tuned!

Recording videos from the app

Please click on the + button on the app and you can record your video, also use all the amazing features to beautify the video.

How to Comment for a video

Please note that you cannot comment on a video but you can click on the heart to like the video and share the same with your loved ones.

How to select Multiple Languages

Currently only a single language can be selected. For changing your preferred language Please go to your profile settings and choose change language to select the new language of your choice.
